More Than 48 Hours Before Scheduled Session
If you need to cancel your consultation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session time, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule to a different date at no additional cost. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via email or phone.
24 to 48 Hours Before Scheduled Session
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule to a different date within 30 days. A rescheduling fee may apply in some circumstances.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Session
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are generally not eligible for refunds, as our team has already allocated time and prepared for your consultation. However, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice (a "no-show"), you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is structured to provide fair treatment while accounting for the investment we make in preparing for each consultation:
Single Consultation Sessions
For single consultation sessions, refund eligibility is based on the cancellation timing as outlined above. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.
Consultation Packages
For multi-session consultation packages:
- Before First Session: You may cancel and receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit if applicable
- After Sessions Have Begun: You may request a prorated refund for unused sessions, minus a 15% administrative fee
- After Completion of 75% or More Sessions: No refunds are available for remaining sessions, but sessions may be rescheduled
Monthly Subscription Packages
For ongoing monthly consultation packages:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Any scheduled sessions within the current billing period may be used as planned
Rescheduling Policy
We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your needs:
- Free Rescheduling: Available when you provide notice more than 48 hours before your scheduled session. You may reschedule to any available time within 60 days.
- Limited Rescheduling: For notice given between 24-48 hours, you may reschedule once within 30 days.
- Multiple Reschedules: If you need to reschedule the same appointment more than twice, a rescheduling fee of $25 may apply.
To reschedule, please contact us via email or phone with your preferred alternative dates and times. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Service Dissatisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the consultation services you received, please contact us within 7 days of your session to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues, which may include:
- A follow-up consultation to address unresolved questions or concerns at no additional cost
- Additional resources or materials related to your consultation topics
- A partial refund or service credit in cases where we determine our services did not meet reasonable expectations
We evaluate all dissatisfaction claims on a case-by-case basis and are committed to finding fair resolutions. However, refunds are not guaranteed solely based on personal dissatisfaction with recommendations or strategies that were delivered as described.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances beyond your control may arise. In cases of documented emergencies, serious illness, or other extraordinary situations, we may waive certain policy restrictions.
